Appointments
All telephone calls will be taken by the on-call GP. Your registered GP will not be able to take your phone call. This is so that they can focus on seeing patients during the day. The emergency list is also changing. Any patients requiring an emergency appointments on the day will be called by the oncall GP who can then arrange an appointment if appropriate.
Routine, follow up and non-urgent appointments with a GP or nurse can be pre-booked from 24 hours up to 4 weeks in advance.
You may also register with My Health Online (MHOL) and book appointments online. Please see the MHOL section for more information
All appointments can be booked by phoning or in person at the surgery between 08:30 and 18:00.
