A GP Registrar is a fully qualified doctor, who has hospital experience whilst training for a career in General Practice. The training is usually for a period of six to twelve months.
Medical students and student nurses sometimes attend surgeries and clinics. If you have any objections to their presence during your consultation, please inform the receptionist.

A Community Nursing Team is attached to the practice primarily for the purpose of giving nursing care in patients’ homes at the request of the doctors. District Nurses and Health Visitors are closely involved with the Practice’s Patient Healthcare.
